The invention belongs to the technical field of traffic flow prediction, and discloses a space-time heterogeneous decoupling method based on multi-mode traffic flow prediction, which comprises the following steps of: 1, preprocessing traffic flow data; 2, constructing a decoupling gate to decouple the input signal flow into a multi-scale component; 3, constructing a residual image convolution module capable of being gated; 4, constructing a time stream module for capturing long and short term time dependence; and step 5, a jump connection layer and a regression prediction module with gradient disappearance reduced. According to the invention, the complex relationship among a plurality of different traffic modes can be effectively processed, so that the method is more suitable for a modern urban traffic system. By considering the interaction between different modes, the diversity and complexity of urban traffic can be better reflected by prediction, and more comprehensive information is provided for traffic decision making. And the requirements of various traffic flow prediction tasks can be met. And the dynamic change of the urban traffic system can be better understood and simulated.
