The invention discloses a battery thermal runaway early warning method and device, computing equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of batteries. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging data of a to-be-identified battery in a charging process, and determining an internal resistance value of each battery monomer at each sampling time point according to the charging data; determining the internal resistance range, the internal resistance standard deviation and the variation coefficient of the battery to be identified according to the internal resistance value of each battery monomer at each sampling time point; and inputting the internal resistance range, the internal resistance standard deviation and the variable coefficient into a pre-trained early warning model, and determining the thermal runaway risk of the battery to be identified. According to the method, thermal runaway risk identification is simplified into a classification problem based on the characteristic indexes, thermal runaway risk prediction of the to-be-identified battery is realized, the accuracy of thermal runaway early warning can be improved, the thermal runaway risk of the vehicle is reduced, and personal and property losses are further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电池热失控预警方法、装置、计算设备及存储介质,属于电池技术领域。该方法包括:获取待识别电池充电过程中的充电数据,并根据充电数据,确定每个电池单体在各个采样时间点的内阻值;根据每个电池单体在各个采样时间点的内阻值,确定待识别电池的内阻极差、内阻标准差和变异系数;将内阻极差、内阻标准差和变异系数输入预先训练好的预警模型,确定待识别电池的热失控风险。上述方法将热失控风险识别简化为基于特征指标的分类问题,实现对待识别电池的热失控风险预测,能够提高热失控预警的准确性,以减少车辆热失控风险,进而减少人身和财产损失。
