The invention discloses an anti-collision method of a cantilever crane, a controller and cantilever crane type engineering machinery. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring coordinates of a first type of obstacles collected by a first measuring device and coordinates of a second type of obstacles collected by a second measuring device every preset time; determining the coordinates of the arm support; determining a first minimum distance between the first type of obstacles and the arm support according to the coordinates of the first type of obstacles and the coordinates of the arm support, and determining a second minimum distance between the second type of obstacles and the arm support according to the coordinates of the second type of obstacles and the coordinates of the arm support; and performing early warning control on the boom according to the first minimum distance, the second minimum distance and a preset safety threshold. According to the method, the first minimum distance and the second minimum distance are determined, and then the first minimum distance, the second minimum distance and the preset safety threshold value are combined to perform early warning control on the arm support, so that the operation efficiency of the arm support anti-collision method can be improved, and the safety risk of the arm support is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种臂架的防碰撞方法、控制器及臂架式工程机械。该方法包括:每隔预设时间获取第一测量装置采集的第一类障碍物的坐标,以及第二测量装置采集的第二类障碍物的坐标;确定臂架的臂架坐标;根据第一类障碍物的坐标和臂架坐标确定第一类障碍物与臂架的第一最小距离,以及根据第二类障碍物的坐标和臂架坐标确定第二类障碍物与臂架的第二最小距离;根据第一最小距离、第二最小距离和预设安全阈值对臂架进行预警控制。本申请通过确定第一最小距离和第二最小距离,进而结合第一最小距离、第二最小距离和预设安全阈值对臂架进行预警控制,能够提高臂架防碰撞方法的操作效率,降低臂架的安全风险。
