The invention relates to an installation system and method for five-section hydraulic lifting and sliding of a large blast furnace shell. The installation system comprises an external lifting unit, a horizontal sliding unit and an internal lifting unit which are sequentially connected. Hydraulic lifting devices are arranged on a lower frame of a blast furnace body and a furnace body support to form a frame type lifting system, a tower type lifting system and a horizontal sliding system are erected outside a blast furnace workshop, an original platform and part of a steel structure frame do not need to be dismantled, and the measure engineering amount is greatly reduced; the furnace shell of the large blast furnace is divided into five sections in the height direction, the load of a furnace body frame is reasonably distributed by adopting a mode of combining forward installation and inverted installation, and the reinforcement measure engineering amount is reduced; a descending channel is formed after the furnace shell slides in place through the sliding beam transverse moving section, and descending assembling in-place of the furnace shell is achieved. The sliding height of the furnace shell meets the requirement of a blast furnace structure frame space, and the original main body structure dismounting amount is minimum; the installation system is simple in overall structure, the installation method is efficient and safe, and the engineering cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种大型高炉炉壳分五段液压提升滑移的安装系统及方法,所述安装系统包括依次连接的外部提升单元、水平滑移单元及内部提升单元;在高炉炉体下部框架和炉身支架上设置液压提升装置形成框架式提升系统,在高炉车间外搭设塔架式提升系统及水平滑移系统,无需拆除原有平台及部分钢结构框架,措施工程量大大减少;将大型高炉炉壳沿高向分为五段,采用正装与倒装相结合的方式,合理分配炉体框架负荷,减少了加固措施工程量;通过滑移梁横移段在炉壳滑移到位后形成下降通道,实现炉壳的下降组装就位;炉壳滑移高度适合高炉结构框架空间要求,对原有主体结构拆除量最少;安装系统整体结构简单,安装方法高效安全,有效降低了工程成本。
