The invention provides a helicopter rotor blade and gap airworthiness conformity verification method, and the method comprises the steps: 1, determining a dangerous structure part according to the flapping motion of the rotor blade and the attitude analysis of a fuselage; 2, for the dangerous structure part, carrying out test verification on the blade gap condition in the rotor starting and stopping process of the helicopter under the condition of strong wind to obtain a strong wind starting and stopping blade gap test result; 3, performing test flight verification on the blade clearance condition of the helicopter in a typical maneuvering state in flight for the dangerous structure part to obtain a blade clearance test flight result in the typical maneuvering state; and 4, according to a strong wind start-stop test result and a typical maneuvering state test flight result in flight, it is determined that enough gaps exist between the paddles and other parts of the structure, and the paddles can be prevented from colliding with any part of the structure in any working state.
