According to the nitrogen-rich gas flow self-adaptive adjustment airborne nitrogen making equipment, an air entraining and processing subsystem receives engine entraining air from an engine and ram air outside a machine body, and the engine entraining air and the ram air are fed into an air separation device after being processed by the air entraining and processing subsystem; a temperature sensor is arranged at an inlet of the air separation device, a pressure sensing type flow regulating valve is installed at a nitrogen-rich gas outlet of the air separation device, and nitrogen-rich gas flows through the pressure sensing type flow regulating valve and is introduced into an oil tank through a nitrogen-rich gas distribution pipeline. After the nitrogen-rich gas introduced into the oil tank and the gas in the gas-phase space in the oil tank are subjected to gas replacement, the nitrogen-rich gas is discharged out of the oil tank through an active exhaust valve arranged on the oil tank; and the temperature sensor and the active exhaust valve are respectively connected with the upper computer. Self-adaptive adjustment of the flow of the nitrogen-rich gas can be achieved, the working requirements of keeping the low oxygen concentration of the oil tank and keeping the pressure of the oil tank can be met, the control logic of equipment is effectively simplified, and safety and high efficiency are achieved.
一种富氮气体流量自适应调节的机载制氮设备,其中,引气及处理子系统接收来自于发动机的发动机引气和机体外界的冲压空气,发动机引气和冲压空气经引气及处理子系统处理后,送入空气分离装置;空气分离装置入口处设置有温度传感器,感压式流量调节阀安装在空气分离装置的富氮气体出口处,富氮气体流经感压式流量调节阀通过富氮气体分配管路通入油箱;通入油箱的富氮气体与油箱内气相空间的气体发生气体置换后,通过设置在油箱上的主动排气活门排出油箱;且温度传感器、主动排气活门分别与上位机连接。本发明可实现富氮气体流量的自适应调节,既能保持油箱低氧浓度又能保持油箱压力的工作需求,有效简化设备的控制逻辑,安全、高效。
