The invention provides a straddle carrier capable of adaptively adjusting the hoisting size and an adjusting method, and the straddle carrier comprises a frame which is used as an integral structure support of the straddle carrier; the sliding beams are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the frame; the adjusting mechanism is arranged on the sliding beam and comprises a sliding cylinder and a plurality of adjusting oil cylinders; the container lifting device is characterized in that the adjusting oil cylinder drives the sliding cylinder to at least stay at a first position and a second position through telescopic motion, so that the lifting operation of containers with different sizes is realized. By arranging the sliding barrel to move relative to the sliding beam, the sliding barrel can stay at different positions on the sliding beam, and then span adjustment needed by containers of different specifications is matched. And therefore, one straddle carrier can realize hoisting and transferring of various containers with different sizes. Meanwhile, the technical scheme is simple in structure, can be directly improved and used on the basis of the prior art, and is low in required improvement cost.

    本发明提供一种自适应调节吊装尺寸的跨运车及调节方法,包括框架,其作为跨运车的整体结构支撑;相对设置在所述框架两侧的滑梁;设置在所述滑梁上的调整机构,所述调整机构包括滑移筒和多个调整油缸;其特征在于:所述调整油缸通过伸缩运动带动所述滑移筒至少可以停留在第一位置和第二位置,从而实现对不同尺寸集装箱的吊装作业。通过设置滑移筒相对于滑梁的移动,从而能使滑移筒停留在滑梁上的不同位置,进而匹配不同规格的集装箱所需要的跨距调整。使得一台跨运车可以实现多种不同尺寸集装箱的吊装和转运。同时,本技术方案结构简单,在现有技术的基础上可以直接改进使用,所需改进成本较低。
