If the maximum value is smaller than the preset upper limit value or the minimum value is not equal to the preset lower limit value, it is judged that the brake cylinder is stuck, a brake fault occurs, and a preset brake fault processing program is executed. By arranging the piston rod extension length sensor, the extension length of the piston rod of the brake cylinder of the railway wagon is obtained in real time, brake faults caused by clamping stagnation of the brake cylinder and failure of the brake shoe stack adjuster are detected in real time based on the extension length of the piston rod in the brake holding state or the brake release state, and the brake faults are found in time; and real-time monitoring of the braking fault of the rail wagon is realized.

    本发明实施例提供铁路货车制动缸和闸调器故障监测方法、装置及电子设备,该方法包括实时监测制动缸的活塞杆伸出长度。在制动保持状态下,基于实时监测的活塞杆伸出长度,确定活塞杆伸出长度的最大值。在制动缓解状态下,基于实时监测的活塞杆伸出长度,确定活塞杆伸出长度的最小值。若最大值小于预设的上限值,或最小值不等于预设的下限值,则判定制动缸卡滞、发生制动故障,并执行预设制动故障处理程序。本发明通过设置活塞杆伸出长度传感器,实时获取铁路货车的制动缸的活塞杆伸出长度,基于制动保持状态或制动缓解状态下活塞杆伸出长度,实时检测制动缸卡滞和闸调器失效造成的制动故障,及时发现制动故障,实现铁路货车制动故障实时监测。
