The invention discloses a drive-by-wire chassis pedal simulator and a pedal force control method.The drive-by-wire chassis pedal simulator comprises a middle shell, a coil framework is arranged on one side of the interior of the middle shell, an electro-permanent magnet is fixedly connected to the interior of the coil framework, and a rear shell is arranged on the side, close to the electro-permanent magnet, of the middle shell; stroke sensors are symmetrically arranged on one side of the front section of the push rod, a controller is arranged on the side, close to the stroke sensors, of the middle shell, a mounting plate is arranged at one end of the middle shell, a front shell is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting plate, and a piston is fixedly connected to the end, close to the mounting plate, of the middle shell; the adjustable electro-permanent magnet and the spring are used for simulating feedback force of the pedal, and compared with a traditional hydraulic pedal simulator, the hydraulic pedal simulator has the advantage that pedal force can be freely adjusted; as brake fluid is not needed, parts such as a brake fluid pot and a main cylinder are not needed any more, and the advantages of being simple in structure, more environmentally friendly and the like are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种线控底盘踏板模拟器及踏板力控制方法,包括中壳体,所述中壳体内部一侧设置有线圈骨架,所述线圈骨架内部固定连接有电永磁铁,所述中壳体靠近电永磁铁的一侧设置有后壳体,所述推杆前段一侧对称设置有行程传感器,所述中壳体靠近行程传感器的一侧设置有控制器,所述中壳体的一端设置有安装板,所述安装板一侧固定连接有前壳体,所述中壳体靠近安装板的一端固定连接有活塞,利用可调的电永磁铁以及弹簧实现踏板反馈力的模拟,较传统的液压踏板模拟器具有能自由调整踏板力的优点;由于无需制动液,故不再需要制动液壶、主缸等零部件,具有结构简单,更环保等优势。
