The invention discloses a magnetic integrated transformer and a vehicle-mounted three-port converter. The magnetic integrated transformer comprises a first magnetic core, a second magnetic core and a third magnetic core, wherein a first winding and a second winding are wound on the first magnetic core, a third winding, a fourth winding and a fifth winding are wound on the second magnetic core, and the third magnetic core is communicated with the two sides of the magnetic integrated transformer; the flow direction of the magnetic flux in the first magnetic core is opposite to that of the magnetic flux in the second magnetic core in the third magnetic core, and the magnetic flux in the third magnetic core is the sum of the magnetic flux in the first magnetic core and the magnetic flux in the second magnetic core. Compared with the prior art, the transformer is subjected to magnetic core multiplexing, the number of needed transformers is reduced, the size of a magnetic part of the transformer is obviously reduced, meanwhile, by means of the phase difference of winding voltage, the magnetic flux in the first magnetic core and the magnetic flux in the second magnetic core are offset in the third magnetic core, the cross sectional area of the third magnetic core can be reduced, and the service life of the transformer is prolonged. And the size of the magnetic integrated transformer is further reduced.

    本发明公开一种磁集成变压器及车载三端口变换器,所述磁集成变压器包括第一磁芯、第二磁芯、以及第三磁芯;其中,第一磁芯绕有第一绕组和第二绕组,第二磁芯绕有第三绕组、第四绕组、以及第五绕组,所述第三磁芯连通所述磁集成变压器的两侧;所述第一磁芯中磁通与所述第二磁芯中磁通在所述第三磁芯中的流向相反,且所述第三磁芯中磁通为所述第一磁芯中磁通与所述第二磁芯中磁通之和。与现有技术相比,本发明对变压器进行磁芯复用,减少所需变压器的数量,明显地降低了变压器磁件体积,同时利用绕组电压的相位差异,使第一磁芯中磁通和第二磁芯中磁通在第三磁芯中呈相互抵消的效果,能够减小第三磁芯的横截面积,进一步减小了磁集成变压器的体积。
