The invention discloses a parking braking hydraulic control system and method special for a diamond arm excavator. The parking braking hydraulic control system comprises a main pump, a walking reversing valve, a walking motor and a driving wheel. A locking pin and a brake oil cylinder B are arranged on one side of the driving wheel; a friction disc assembly and a brake oil cylinder A are arranged on one side of the walking motor; the system further comprises a pilot pump, an electromagnetic valve, a high-pressure hydraulic control valve, a shuttle valve, a one-way valve and a low-pressure hydraulic control valve. The control end of the high-pressure hydraulic control valve is connected with the shuttle valve, and the control end of the low-pressure hydraulic control valve is connected with the electromagnetic valve. According to the system, high-low pressure cross control is adopted, multiple choices of parking braking modes of the excavator are achieved, and the two parking modes operate independently and do not interfere with each other; during parking, the driving wheels and the frame are locked into a whole, so that the impact on the walking speed reducer during working of the diamond arm excavator is greatly reduced, the service life of the walking speed reducer is prolonged, and the reliability of the walking speed reducer is improved; the original walking pipeline configuration of the excavator is utilized, so that the functions are increased, pipelines are not added, and the use cost is reduced.

    一种金刚臂挖机专用驻车制动液压控制系统及方法,包括主泵、行走换向阀、行走马达和驱动轮;驱动轮的一侧设有锁定销和制动油缸B;行走马达一侧设有摩擦盘组件和制动油缸A;还包括先导泵、电磁阀、高压液控阀、梭阀、单向阀、低压液控阀;高压液控阀的控制端与梭阀连接在一起,低压液控阀的控制端与电磁阀连接在一起。本发明系统采用高低压“交叉”控制,实现挖掘机驻车制动模式的多种选择,两种驻车模式,独立运行,互不干涉;驻车时接将驱动轮与车架锁定为一体,大大降低了金刚臂挖机工作时对行走减速机的冲击,提升了行走减速机的寿命和可靠性;利用挖掘机原有行走管路配置,在增加功能的同时,不增加管路,降低了使用成本。
