Wherein the piston is arranged in the hydraulic pipeline and is in sliding fit with the hydraulic pipeline, a one-way valve is arranged in the middle of the piston, when the piston moves downwards, the one-way valve is opened to enable a hydraulic medium to enter the hydraulic pipeline above the piston, and when the piston moves upwards, the one-way valve is closed to enable the hydraulic medium in the hydraulic pipeline above the piston to be lifted upwards; the hydraulic pipeline is sleeved with the coupling guide frame, the coupling guide frame can do reciprocating lifting motion in the length direction of the hydraulic pipeline under the action of the driving shaft, a first permanent magnet is arranged on the piston, and a second permanent magnet is arranged on the coupling guide frame. When the coupling guide frame ascends and descends, the piston is driven to move synchronously through magnetic force between the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet. The device has the advantages of simple structure, large lifting stroke and low energy consumption.
