The invention provides an intelligent safety control system for a climbing-free device of a wind power tower drum, and the system comprises a control module, and a driving module, a power supply module and a detection module which are connected with the control module. The visual sensor is used for detecting identity information and safety equipment of operators and environment conditions in a tower drum, the gas sensor is used for detecting alcohol concentration conditions of the operators, and the pyroelectric sensor is used for detecting whether other persons appear in an operation channel of the climbing-free device or not; the photoelectric sensor is used for detecting whether other obstacles exist in the running channel or not, and the limiting sensor is used for detecting whether the climbing-free device reaches a preset position or not; the scheme is used for safety detection before climbing of the maintainer and safety control in the operation process of the climbing-free device, so that the maintainer is ensured to strictly comply with the safety regulation of a wind power plant, the safety of operation equipment and operation personnel is ensured, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
本发明提出的风电塔筒免爬器智能安全控制系统,包括控制模块、及与其连接的驱动模块、供电模块、检测模块,检测模块的压力传感器用以检测运行人员及携带物资的重量,视觉传感器用于检测运行人员的身份信息及其安全装备、以及塔筒内的环境状况,气敏传感器用于检测运行人员的酒精浓度状况,热释电传感器用以检测免爬器运行通道内是否有其他人员出现,光电传感器用以检测运行通道内是否存在其他障碍物,限位传感器用于检测免爬器是否到达预设位置;本方案用于检修人员登高前的安全检测及免爬器运行过程中的安全控制,以保证检修人员严格遵守风电场安全规程,保障作业设备和作业人员安全,消除安全隐患。
