The invention discloses a crane hoisting operation safety monitoring and early warning method and system.According to the scheme, when a crane works, image collection is ingeniously conducted on the crane from at least two directions, and then a plurality of image frames are obtained in a frame extraction mode based on collected image data; according to the scheme, the three-dimensional position of the crane in the working site is evaluated and determined according to the collection information and the feature identification position of the same area in the image frame, meanwhile, the early warning area (working area) is set, and the scheme further judges fixed elements and movable elements in the working site of the crane, and meanwhile, the early warning area (working area) is set. According to the technical scheme, whether potential safety hazards exist or not is judged by monitoring the distance relation between the monitoring device and a working area, emergency prompts are provided for background management personnel and field personnel, the scheme does not depend on assistance of other sensors in application and implementation, meanwhile, the advantages of being flexible to use and reliable to implement are achieved, and the application range is wide. Safety monitoring and early warning can be provided for work of the crane in a wharf, a cargo distribution place or a warehouse.
本发明公开了起重机吊装作业安全监测预警方法及系统,本方案巧妙性通过在起重机在工作时,从至少两个方向对其进行影像采集,然后基于采集的影像数据,利用抽帧的方式来获取多个图像帧,根据图像帧中相同区域的采集信息和特征标识位置,对起重机在工作场地中的三维位置进行评估确定,同时进行预警区域(工作区)设定,本方案还通过对起重机工作场地中的固定元素、移动元素进行判断,同时,监测其与工作区的距离关系来判断是否存在安全隐患,以此为后台管理人员和现场人员提供应急提示,本方案在应用实施上,其不依赖于其他传感器的辅助,同时,其具有使用灵活和实施可靠的优点,能够为起重机在码头、货物集散地或仓库中的工作提供安全监测预警。
