The invention provides a special lifting appliance for multi-section long-shaft vertical equipment and a use method of the special lifting appliance. The equipment is provided with a connecting part located between two sections of body parts, the lifting appliance comprises a frame, a self-contained lifting mechanism and a plurality of bearing mechanisms, and the frame is used for bearing the equipment; the self-hoisting mechanism is arranged at one end of the frame and is used for hoisting equipment; the multiple bearing mechanisms are arranged on the frame, each bearing mechanism corresponds to one connecting part, the bearing mechanisms can be switched between the bearing state and the avoiding state, in the bearing state, in the hoisting process that the frame and the equipment are turned over from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the bearing mechanisms are located below the connecting parts and support the connecting parts, and in the avoiding state, the bearing mechanisms are located below the connecting parts and support the connecting parts. In the avoiding state, the equipment can move in the length direction through the hoisting mechanism of the equipment. The lifting appliance solves the problems that in the process that the equipment is overturned from horizontal to vertical lifting, bending moment is generated at the connecting position, the air tightness of the equipment is easily damaged, and deformation and damage are caused, and the stability and reliability of the whole lifting process of the multi-section long-shaft vertical equipment are ensured.

    本发明提供一种多节长轴立式设备专用吊具及其使用方法。设备具有位于两节身部之间的连接部,吊具包括框架、自有吊装机构和多个承托机构,框架用于承载设备;自有吊装机构设于框架的一端,用于吊装设备;多个承托机构设于框架上,且每一承托机构与一连接部对应设置,承托机构能在承托状态与避让状态之间切换,其中,在承托状态下,在框架和设备由水平状态翻转为竖立状态的吊装过程中,承托机构位于连接部下方并支撑连接部,在避让状态下,设备能通过自有吊装机构在长度方向上运动。该吊具解决了设备由水平翻转竖立吊装过程中,连接处产生弯矩易破坏设备气密性、变形损坏等情况,确保多节长轴立式设备整体吊装过程的平稳可靠。
