The invention relates to a speed governor and application thereof.The speed governor comprises a base frame, a wheel shaft and a rope wheel, the wheel shaft is fixedly installed on the base frame, the rope wheel is rotatably installed on the wheel shaft, the speed governor further comprises a centrifugal mechanism, a brake disc, an overspeed trigger rod and a guide seat, the centrifugal mechanism and the guide seat are installed on the rope wheel, the brake disc is fixedly installed on the wheel shaft, and the centrifugal mechanism is in linkage connection with the overspeed trigger rod; the overspeed trigger rod is in guide fit with the guide seat to get close to or away from the brake disc; wherein a plurality of convex teeth are distributed on the circumference of the brake disc, and one end, adjacent to the brake disc, of the overspeed trigger rod is a brake end; and when the speed governor is overspeed, the centrifugal mechanism is linked with the overspeed trigger rod, and the overspeed trigger rod is in guide fit with the guide seat in the direction close to the brake disc, so that the brake end of the overspeed trigger rod is in brake fit with the convex teeth of the brake disc. The brake end of the linkage trigger rod of the ultracentrifugal mechanism is matched with the convex teeth distributed on the circumference of the brake disc in a braking mode, the number of the convex teeth can be adjusted according to the actual application demand response requirement, and different application conditions are achieved.

    本发明涉及限速器及其应用,限速器包括基架、轮轴、绳轮,轮轴固定安装于基架,绳轮转动安装于轮轴,还包括离心机构、制动盘、超速触发杆和导向座,离心机构和导向座安装于绳轮,制动盘固定安装于轮轴,离心机构与超速触发杆联动连接,超速触发杆导向配合于导向座以靠近或远离制动盘;其中,制动盘的圆周分布有数个凸齿,超速触发杆邻位于制动盘的一端为制动端;当限速器超速,离心机构联动超速触发杆,超速触发杆沿靠近制动盘的方向导向配合于导向座,以使超速触发杆的制动端与制动盘的凸齿制动配合。本发明超速离心机构联动触发杆的制动端与制动盘的圆周分布的凸齿制动匹配,可根据实际应用需求响应要求,调整凸齿的数量,实现不同应用条件。
