The invention belongs to the technical field of aero-engine fuel control, and discloses an aircraft fuel tank fault diagnosis and processing device and method in an electric fuel system, and the control device comprises a bus voltage and current monitoring module which is used for monitoring the voltage and current of a DC bus in an electric fuel pump system, and converting the flow quantity of the voltage and current into digital quantity; the motor rotating speed acquisition module is used for acquiring the real-time rotating speed of the electric fuel pump; the motor torque solving module is used for solving the rotating torque of the electric fuel pump according to the bus voltage, the bus current and the rotating speed, and the rotating torque serves as the basis of fuel tank fault diagnosis; the fuel tank fault diagnosis module is used for diagnosing whether the aircraft fuel tank breaks down or not in real time according to the motor rotating speed and torque; and the fuel tank fault processing module is used for giving action information to the electric fuel pump system after the aircraft fuel tank breaks down, driving the electric fuel pump to reliably act in the fuel tank fault mode, and preventing the electric fuel pump system fault chain lock reaction caused by the fuel tank fault.

    本发明属于航空发动机燃油控制技术领域,公开了一种电动燃油系统中飞机油箱故障诊断与处理装置及方法,控制装置包括:母线电压电流监测模块,用于监测电动燃油泵系统中直流母线的电压和电流,将电压和电流物流量转换为数字量;电机转速获取模块,用于采集电动燃油泵的实时转速;电机转矩求取模块,用于依据母线电压、电流和转速,求取电动燃油泵的旋转转矩,作为油箱故障诊断的依据;油箱故障诊断模块,用于依据电机转速、转矩实时诊断飞机油箱是否出现故障;油箱故障处理模块,用于在飞机油箱出现故障后,向电动燃油泵系统给出动作信息,驱动电动燃油泵在油箱故障模式下可靠动作,预防由油箱故障引发的电动燃油泵系统故障链锁反应。
