The fish scale type heat insulation tiles serve as a flexible heat protection structure, and it is guaranteed that the interior of the aircraft is not affected by high temperature in high-speed flight; the C-shaped framework and the woven heat insulation felt serve as a heat sealing structure between the fish scale type heat insulation tiles, and it is guaranteed that when the fish scale type heat insulation tiles act, heat leakage does not occur in gaps; the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve form a thin-wall sleeve structure to support the flexible skin, so that the flexible skin can bear larger load in a plurality of stable states; sMA wires and springs are used as driving mechanisms to actively control the flexible skin to be in different deformation shapes; the thermal protection device is compact in structure, high in thermal protection capacity and flexible in deformation, and has important application value in the field of thermal protection design of aircrafts.

    本发明涉及适用于高速变体飞行器的机身柔性热防护结构及运行方法,属于飞行器结构技术领域。本发明以鱼鳞式隔热瓦作为柔性热防护结构,保障高速飞行中飞行器内部免受高温影响;以C型骨架和编织隔热毡作为鱼鳞片式隔热瓦间的热密封结构,保障鱼鳞式隔热瓦之间在作动时,间隙不会发生热泄露的情况;以外套筒和内套筒构成薄壁套筒结构,支撑柔性蒙皮,使其在多个稳定状态均能承受较大载荷;以SMA丝和弹簧作为驱动机构,主动控制柔性蒙皮处于不同的变形形状;本发明结构紧凑,热防护能力强,可柔性变形,在飞行器热防护设计领域具有重要的应用价值。
