The invention discloses a crawler-type walking mechanism for an underwater robot, and belongs to the field of underwater robots, the crawler-type walking mechanism comprises a chassis and a crawler belt structure, the crawler belt structure comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are rotatably arranged at the front end and the rear end of the chassis, and an annular crawler belt wound on the driving wheel and the driven wheel; each of the driving wheel and the driven wheel comprises a transmission core shaft, a hub core shaft in coaxial key connection with the output end of the transmission core shaft and a wheel body in interference fit with the outer circumferential side of the hub core shaft, the outer circumferential side of the transmission core shaft is rotationally connected with the fixed seat through a bearing, and an anti-corrosion assembly for protecting the bearing is further arranged on the transmission core shaft; the input end of a mandrel of the driving wheel is connected with a driving motor fixed to the chassis, and a wheel body of the driving wheel is provided with transmission teeth meshed with the annular crawler belt. According to the crawler-type walking mechanism for the underwater robot adopting the structure, seawater and the bearing are isolated by arranging the anti-corrosion assembly, the bearing can be prevented from being corroded by the seawater, and the overall service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种水下机器人用履带式行走机构,属于水下机器人领域,包括底盘以及履带结构,履带结构包括转动设置于底盘前后两端的主动轮和从动轮以及缠绕于主动轮和从动轮上的环形履带,主动轮和从动轮均包括传动芯轴、与传动芯轴的输出端同轴键连接的轮毂芯轴以及与轮毂芯轴的外圆周侧过盈配合的轮体,传动芯轴的外圆周侧经轴承与固定座转动连接,传动芯轴上还设置有用于防护轴承的防腐组件;主动轮的芯轴的输入端与固定于底盘上的驱动电机连接,主动轮的轮体上开设有与环形履带啮合的传动齿。本发明采用上述结构的水下机器人用履带式行走机构,通过设置防腐组件隔离海水和轴承,可避免海水对轴承的腐蚀,提高了整体使用寿命。
