The invention provides an automobile body framework and an automobile, and relates to the field of automobile bodies. The vehicle body framework comprises a floor, two outer edge beams, two inner edge beams and two battery suspension beams. Wherein the inner edge beam and the outer edge beam jointly surround to form a first buffer cavity, and the battery suspension beam, the inner edge beam and the floor jointly surround to form a second buffer cavity. On the basis of a double-cavity structure formed by the first buffer cavity and the second buffer cavity, the torsion performance and the bending rigidity of the vehicle body framework are greatly enhanced, so that the impact energy is weakened, the impact caused by front impact or side impact of a vehicle is effectively resisted, and the beneficial effect of guaranteeing a battery or passengers is achieved. The battery suspension beams for hoisting the batteries of the vehicle body framework are all connected with the inner edge beams on the two sides of the first direction, so that the width of the batteries accommodated by the vehicle body framework is maximized, the front and back of the batteries are flat, and the mode that the batteries are arranged at multiple layers of heights to guarantee the electric quantity of the batteries is replaced; therefore, the maximum endurance mileage and the leveling design of the floor are realized at the same time.

    本发明提供了一种车身骨架以及汽车,涉及汽车车身领域。该车身骨架包括地板、两个外边梁、两个内边梁以及两个电池悬挂梁。其中,内边梁与外边梁共同围绕形成第一缓冲腔,电池悬挂梁、内边梁以及地板共同围绕形成第二缓冲腔。基于第一缓冲腔和第二缓冲腔所形成的双腔体结构,大大增强了车身骨架的扭转性能和弯曲刚度,从而削弱撞击能量,有效抵抗车辆正碰或侧碰所受冲击,达到保障电池或乘员的有益效果。又由于车身骨架用于吊装电池的电池悬挂梁均偏向位于第一方向两侧的内边梁连接,使得车身骨架能够容置的电池宽度最大化且电池高度前后平整,从而取代在多层高度设置电池以保证电池电量的方式,以同时实现续航里程最大化与地板的平整化设计。
