The invention discloses an energy conversion circuit and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of charging and discharging, the energy conversion circuit comprises a charging interface, a first motor unit, a second motor unit, a transformer module, a boost DC module and a battery module, the charging interface is connected with the first motor unit and the second motor unit, the charging interface is used for providing input voltage for the energy conversion circuit; the first motor unit, the second motor unit, the boost DC module and the battery module are sequentially connected, the first motor unit and the second motor unit are respectively connected with two ends of a transformer primary side of the transformer module, and a transformer secondary side of the transformer module is connected with the boost DC module; the energy conversion circuit has a first state for charging the battery module and a second state for discharging through the battery module, and when the energy conversion circuit is in the first state, the transformer module and the boost DC module are configured as dual-resonance circuits.
