The invention discloses a ship collision accident inversion scene construction method, which comprises the steps of obtaining VDR data of a ship collision accident, analyzing the VDR data, and constructing a collision accident inversion data set based on the analyzed data; constructing matrix position data, registering the grid nautical chart of the ship collision accident occurrence area with the matrix position data to obtain a grid nautical chart geographic information graph matrix model, and constructing an accident inversion scene based on the grid nautical chart geographic information graph matrix model; wherein the registration process comprises the step of carrying out data fusion on a collision accident inversion data set and a grid nautical chart. According to the method, on the basis of researching a VDR data analysis method, a sea chart information extraction model is established by combining the characteristics that grid sea chart data is convenient for spatial analysis and relatively high in current trend, and grid sea chart geographic information extraction, registration and multi-source navigation data fusion are carried out, so that construction of an inversion scene of a ship collision accident scene is realized.

    本发明公开了一种船舶碰撞事故反演场景构建方法,包括:获取船舶碰撞事故的VDR数据,对VDR数据进行解析,基于解析后的数据构建碰撞事故反演数据集;构建矩阵位置数据,将船舶碰撞事故发生区域的栅格海图与矩阵位置数据进行配准,获得栅格海图地理信息图形矩阵模型,基于栅格海图地理信息图形矩阵模型进行事故反演场景的构建;其中,配准过程中包括将碰撞事故反演数据集与栅格海图进行数据融合。本发明在研究VDR数据解析方法的基础上,结合栅格海图数据便于空间分析及现势性较强等特性,建立海图信息提取模型,进行栅格海图地理信息提取、配准与多源航行数据融合,进而实现船舶碰撞事故情景反演场景的构建。
