The invention discloses a parking lot occupancy prediction method and system, and relates to the technical field of data analysis and prediction, and the method comprises the steps: extracting the real-time parking lot state information in a target parking lot through a parking information platform; acquiring a plurality of change features in the target parking lot; traversing a berth calendar time length information base, determining berth time length data, traversing a berth occupation time information base, and determining berth occupation time data; obtaining predicted parking space occupancy rates of a plurality of time periods; performing data noise reduction on the predicted parking space occupancy rates of the plurality of time periods to determine effective predicted parking space occupancy rates of the plurality of time periods; and parking scheduling is carried out on the whole time period of the target parking lot based on the effective predicted parking space occupancy rates of the multiple time periods, so that the problem of poor prediction accuracy caused by insufficient preciseness and completeness of the parking lot prediction work in the prior art is solved, and reasonable and accurate management and control of the parking lot management work can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种停车场占有率预测方法及系统,涉及数据分析及预测技术领域,方法包括:通过所述泊车信息平台提取目标停车场内的实时停车场内状态信息;获取目标停车场内的多个变化特征;遍历泊位日历时间长度信息库,确定泊位时长数据,遍历泊位占用时间信息库,确定泊位占用时间数据;获取多个时段的预测泊位占有率;通过将所述多个时段的预测泊位占有率进行数据降噪确定多个时段的有效预测泊位占有率;基于所述多个时段的有效预测泊位占有率对目标停车场的全时段进行泊车调度,解决了现有技术中存在的停车场预测工作由于不够严谨且完备性不足而导致预测准确度较差的问题,实现了关于停车场管理工作无法合理化精准管控。
