The invention belongs to the technical field of traffic control, and particularly relates to an emergency scheduling navigation system applied to intelligent traffic, which comprises a traffic emergency management platform, a traffic real-time monitoring module, an emergency event identification and early warning module, an emergency scheduling decision module, a path construction planning module and a navigation generation and push module. According to the invention, frame-by-frame image identification is carried out through the emergency event identification early warning module to capture an emergency event, emergency scheduling decision analysis is carried out through the emergency scheduling decision module to determine an emergency scheduling strategy when an emergency early warning signal is generated, and nearby resource allocation and scheduling rescue are carried out according to the emergency scheduling strategy. According to the method, scheduling planning can be reasonably carried out, the emergency scheduling efficiency and the emergency scheduling effect are improved, the vehicles are effectively screened before emergency vehicle scheduling, the optimal path is automatically determined before emergency rescue, path navigation pushing is achieved, and the emergency processing efficiency and the advancing safety are further guaranteed.

    本发明属于交通管控技术领域,具体是一种应用于智慧交通的应急调度导航系统,包括交通应急管理平台、交通实时监测模块、应急事件识别预警模块、应急调度决策模块、路径构建规划模块和导航生成推送模块;本发明通过应急事件识别预警模块进行画面逐帧识别以捕捉应急事件,在生成应急预警信号时通过应急调度决策模块进行应急调度决策分析以确定应急调度策略,并按照应急调度策略进行就近资源分配和调度救援,能够合理进行调度规划,提高应急调度效率和应急调度效果,且在进行应急车辆调度前对车辆进行有效筛选,以及在进行应急救援前自动确定最优路径并实现路径导航推送,进一步保证应急处理效率和前行安全性。
