The invention provides a regional traffic signal control optimization method based on a quantum genetic algorithm. According to the method, road models of a two-way crossroad, a two-way annular intersection and a diamond-shaped intersection are combined, and the vehicle passing efficiency is optimized from the three aspects of the vehicle average waiting time, the standard deviation and the collision percentage. Compared with other algorithms, the quantum genetic algorithm can more effectively search the solution space due to the special performance and has higher convergence speed. According to the method, the optimal solution can be quickly found, and the population is updated through the quantum revolving door technology, so that the evolution process is more effectively guided. Compared with the traditional crowd-sourcing algorithm, the quantum genetic algorithm is easier to find the optimal solution of the current result.
