The invention discloses a design method of a plate valve type exhaust valve of a cabin pressure regulating system. Giving a rate curve of the valve flow area changing along with the rotation angle of the output shaft of the electric mechanism according to the control requirements of various models; in combination with forward kinematics solution of connecting rod transmission, a connecting rod reproduction function, a plate valve area solution algorithm and a function minimization solution algorithm, based on numerical calculation tool software, connecting rod parameters of a group of plate valves and area parameters of plate valve movable plates are obtained; and the rate curve of the flow area of the valve designed according to the group of parameters along with the change of the output shaft of the electric mechanism is closest to the target value. The whole exhaust valve design process can be quantified, and the design efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种座舱压调系统的板阀式排气活门的设计方法。依据各机型的控制需求给定活门流通面积随电动机构输出轴转角变化的速率曲线;结合连杆传动的正运动学求解、连杆再现函数、板阀面积求解算法和函数最小化求解算法,基于数值计算工具软件,求得一组板阀的连杆参数和板阀活门板的面积参数,使得依据该组参数设计的活门的流通面积随电动机构输出轴变化的速率曲线与目标值最为接近。本发明能够量化整个排气活门的设计过程,设计效率高。
