The invention discloses a general fault severity level diagnosis method for an airborne health management system of an airplane. The general fault severity level diagnosis method comprises the following steps: acquiring fault sensitive parameters and non-sensitive parameters; fault sensitive parameters and non-sensitive parameters are used as input, operation conditions and specific faults are formulated, and simulation of a diagnosis model is carried out; carrying out feature extraction on the data acquired on the machine and the data obtained by fault simulation by the diagnosis model; and according to the residual value of the characteristics of the onboard acquisition data and the characteristics of the simulation data of the diagnosis model, whether repeated tests are needed is judged until the fault size is diagnosed. According to the invention, whether the system has a fault can be diagnosed, and the severity of the system fault can be diagnosed, so that the accuracy of fault diagnosis is improved, and a technical support is provided for the implementation of the airborne health management system.

    本发明公开了一种飞机机载健康管理系统通用故障严重等级诊断方法,包括获取故障敏感参数和非敏感参数;以故障敏感参数和非敏感参数作为输入,制定操作条件和特定故障,开展诊断模型的仿真;针对机上采集到的数据和诊断模型对故障仿真得到的数据开展特征提取;根据机上采集数据的特征和诊断模型仿真数据的特征的残差值判断是否需要反复试验,直至诊断出故障大小。本发明不仅能够诊断系统是否存在故障,而且还能够诊断出系统故障严重程度,从而提高了故障诊断的精确性,为机载健康管理系统的实现提供了技术支撑。
