The shell is provided with a fluid inlet and outlet through which pulse pressure acts on the metal telescopic piece; and the metal telescopic piece can exchange heat through the heat exchange medium channel, so that heat accumulation generated in the process that the metal telescopic piece buffers pressure through telescopic movement is avoided, thermal fatigue is relieved, and the service life of the energy accumulator can be prevented from being shortened.
