The invention discloses an electric throttle mechanism adjusting method based on mathematical modeling, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the mathematical modeling of a motion relation between an electric throttle mechanism and a rocker arm of a main pump of an engine, and simulating the motion of the electric throttle mechanism and the rocker arm of the main pump of the engine; the method comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring the influence of two different adjustment variables on the angle of an engine main pump rocker arm under the condition that the motion of an electric throttle mechanism is not changed by motion equations, and performing linear fitting on the established motion equations to acquire a linear relation of the adjustment variables influencing the stroke of the engine main pump rocker arm and the initial angle; the device is used for accurately adjusting the stroke and the initial angle of the engine main pump rocker arm qualitatively and quantitatively, the adjusting frequency is effectively reduced, and the adjusting efficiency is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于数学建模的电动油门机构调整方法,通过对电动油门机构与发动机主泵摇臂的运动关系进行数学建模,模拟电动油门机构与发动机主泵摇臂的运动,运动方程分别获取在电动油门机构运动不变的情况下两种不同调整变量对发动机主泵摇臂角度的影响,并对建立的运动方程进行线性拟合,获取影响发动机主泵摇臂行程与初始角度的调整变量的线性关系,用于定性定量的对发动机主泵摇臂的行程与初始角度进行精确调整,有效降低了调整次数并显著提升了调整效率。
