The invention discloses a hydraulic system for a suspension arm bolt mechanism, which comprises a hydraulic power device, a first unloading valve, a second unloading valve, a first reversing valve, a first switching valve, a first valve group, a telescopic oil cylinder, a first hydraulic winding drum, an electro-hydraulic proportional control valve and a balance valve connected between the telescopic oil cylinder and the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve. The first valve group is connected with a first hydraulic winding drum after passing through a first reversing valve and a first switching valve which are connected in series; the output end of the first valve group is connected with a central channel of the telescopic oil cylinder, the hydraulic power device is respectively connected with the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve and the first valve group, the first unloading valve is connected with the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve, and the second unloading valve is connected with the first valve group. The hydraulic system for the suspension arm bolt mechanism is good in stability and high in applicability, the practicability of a control system can be effectively improved, and the application value is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于吊臂插销机构的液压系统,包括液压动力装置、第一卸荷阀、第二卸荷阀、第一换向阀、第一切换阀、第一阀组、伸缩油缸、第一液压卷筒、电液比例控制阀和平衡阀,平衡阀连接于伸缩油缸和电液比例控制阀之间,第一阀组通过串联的第一换向阀和第一切换阀后与第一液压卷筒相连接;第一阀组的输出端与伸缩油缸的中心通道相连接,液压动力装置分别与电液比例控制阀和第一阀组相连接,第一卸荷阀与电液比例控制阀相连接,第二卸荷阀与第一阀组相连接。本发明提供的用于吊臂插销机构的液压系统,稳定性好、适用性强,可有效提高控制系统的实用性,并大幅提高应用价值。
