The invention discloses a method for preventing a lifting rope from twisting in a deepwater engineering ship crane double-rope lifting mode, and relates to the field of deep sea oil and gas development engineering, the method comprises the following steps: S1, lifting and fixing a rope divider on a deepwater engineering ship, and opening a locking mechanism of the rope divider; s2, the deepwater engineering ship crane lifts and lowers the underwater facility to the water depth position where the double lifting ropes are not twisted under the no-load condition; s3, gradually reducing the hoisting radius of the climbing rod of the crane and turning to the rope separator, enabling the inner side hoisting rope to enter the rope separator, and closing the locking mechanism; s4, the distance between the two lifting ropes is increased by the crane lying on the rod until the lifting radius that the lifting ropes are not twisted is reached; and S5, the crane lowers the underwater facility to a designated position to be installed in place. The double ropes of the deepwater engineering ship crane are prevented from being twisted by increasing the distance between the double ropes, the problem of twisting of the double lifting ropes can be effectively solved, the hoisting capacity of the crane is utilized to the maximum, and safety and efficiency guarantee is provided for installation of large deepwater underwater facilities.

    本发明公开了一种防止深水工程船吊机双绳吊装模式下吊绳打扭的方法,涉及深海油气开发工程领域,包括以下步骤:S1:将分绳器吊装固定于深水工程船,并打开分绳器的锁紧机构;S2:深水工程船吊机将水下设施起吊下放至空载条件下双吊绳不打扭的水深位置;S3:吊机爬杆逐渐减小吊装半径并转向至分绳器,使内侧吊绳进入分绳器,闭合锁紧机构;S4:吊机趴杆使双吊绳间距增大,直至达到吊绳不打扭的吊装半径;S5:吊机下放水下设施至指定位置安装就位。本发明通过增加双绳间距防止深水工程船吊机双绳打扭,可有效解决双吊绳打扭问题,实现吊机吊装能力利用最大化,为深水大型水下设施安装提供安全和效率保障。
