The invention provides a controllable transverse free obstacle crossing system in engineering hoisting equipment, and effectively solves the problems that a lifting rope or a sling in the existing hoisting equipment cannot directly cross an obstacle, obvious defects exist in the obstacle crossing process, and the operation is tedious, so that the transfer efficiency is low. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises two connecting modules which are symmetrical up and down; the connecting module comprises hollow shells, one ends of the two hollow shells are open, arc-shaped plates are arranged at the openings of the hollow shells, limiting pieces are arranged in the arc-shaped plates, gaps are formed between the limiting pieces and the inner side faces of the arc-shaped plates, spiral components are arranged in the arc-shaped plates, and the side edges, close to the hollow shells, of the spiral components are arranged in the gaps. A driving wheel capable of actively rotating is arranged at the upper end in the hollow shell cavity; the sides, close to each other, of the two spiral components are interwoven together. And the rotating directions and speeds of the spiral components in the two connecting modules are kept equal, so that when the two spiral components rotate, the two connecting modules are relatively static in the horizontal direction.

    本发明提供了一种工程吊装设备中可控式横向自由穿越障碍系统,有效的解决了现有吊装设备中吊绳或吊索不能直接穿越障碍,越障过程中存在明显缺陷,操作繁琐,从而导致转运效率低下的问题;其解决的技术方案是,包括两个上下对称的连接模块;连接模块包括空心壳,两个空心壳一端为开口状,空心壳开口处有弧形板,弧形板内有限位件,限位件与弧形板内侧面之间有间隔,弧形板内有螺旋构件,螺旋构件靠近空心壳的一侧边置于间隔内;空心壳腔内上端有能主动转动的主动轮;两个螺旋构件相互靠近的一侧相互交织在一起;两个连接模块内的螺旋构件转动方向及速度保持相等,以此实现,当两个螺旋构件转动时,两个连接模块在水平方向上相对静止。
