The invention relates to a deorbit sail device, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft deorbit, the deorbit sail device comprises a box body, the box body comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and four right-angle side plates, the four right-angle side plates are movably arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate in a surrounding manner, the four right-angle side plates are mutually spliced to form a square, and limiting plates are fixed to the sides, close to each other, of the top plate and the bottom plate; the limiting plates can abut against the outer side walls of the right-angle side plates, a stretching mechanism is arranged in the box body and comprises two first rotating shafts rotationally installed on the top plate and two second rotating shafts rotationally installed on the bottom plate, and memory alloy rods are wound around the first rotating shafts and the second rotating shafts correspondingly. The ends, away from the first rotating shaft or the second rotating shaft, of the memory alloy rods are fixedly connected with right-angle side plates, sail bodies are fixed to the inner side edges of the right-angle side plates, and locking mechanisms for locking the stretching mechanisms and promoting mechanisms for promoting stretching of the memory alloy rods are further arranged in the box body.
