The system comprises a hydrogen concentration sensor, an altimeter, an infrared sensor, a signal acquisition and control system, an alarm, a ventilation system, a nitrogen system and a hydrogen emergency disconnection system. And the signal acquisition and control system is used for receiving and processing signals of the hydrogen concentration sensor, the altimeter and the infrared sensor and controlling the infrared sensor, the alarm, the ventilation system, the nitrogen system and the hydrogen emergency disconnection system to respond. According to different air pressures of the hydrogen energy aircraft at different flight heights and different leakage diffusion rates and explosion limits of hydrogen at different pressures, a hydrogen concentration safety grading standard at the flight height of the hydrogen energy aircraft is formulated based on the hydrogen diffusion rates and the explosion limits at different pressures; the hydrogen concentration monitored in real time is compared with the hydrogen concentration grading standard at the current flight height, and then a proper emergency disposal strategy is selected.
