The invention belongs to the automatic control technology of aviation lifesaving equipment, and discloses a mechanical delay time control device which comprises a sector gear, a transmission adjusting gear train, an adjusting swing piece, a balance wheel and a lock pin, a brake block is fixed on the sector gear, and a pulley is in rolling contact with a brake block pulley; external force F is transmitted to the brake block through the pulley, and rotating force is provided for the sector gear through the brake block. The sector gear is meshed with the adjusting swing piece through the transmission adjusting gear train, and the transmission adjusting gear train gradually reduces the rotating force of the sector gear and transmits the rotating force to the adjusting swing piece. The balance wheel is fixedly connected with the adjusting swing piece, one end of the balance wheel is a plane, the lock pin is in sliding contact with the plane of the balance wheel, so that rotation of the balance wheel is locked, when the lock pin is pulled away, the balance wheel can rotate, and meanwhile the adjusting swing piece and the transmission adjusting gear train can rotate under rotation of the sector gear. The mechanical delay time control device is simple in design structure and high in reliability, and the safety of the mechanical delay time control device can be effectively guaranteed.

    本发明属于航空救生装备的自动控制技术,公开了一种机械式延迟时间控制装置,包括扇形齿轮、传动调节齿轮系、调节摆片、平衡轮和锁针,制动块固定在扇形齿轮上,滑轮与制动块滑轮滚动接触;外力F通过滑轮传递到制动块上,通过制动块对扇形齿轮提供转动力;扇形齿轮通过传动调节齿轮系与调节摆片啮合,传动调节齿轮系将扇形齿轮的转动力逐步减小传递到调节摆片上;平衡轮与调节摆片固定连接,平衡轮一端为平面,锁针与平衡轮的平面滑动接触,使得平衡轮的转动被锁紧,当锁针被抽离时,平衡轮能够转动,同时使得调节摆片和传动调节齿轮系能够在扇形齿轮的转动下转动。本发明设计结构简单、可靠性很高,能有效保证机械式延迟时间控制装置的安全性。
