The ventilation opening is completely shielded by the ventilation door body, and air circulation cannot be conducted on the two sides of the cabin door through the ventilation opening. The ventilation door structure which can be opened in the flight process of the aircraft and is used for ventilation in the cabin is provided, the ventilation door structure can serve as a supplementary air inlet measure of an existing air conditioning system on the aircraft, and the safety of the aircraft in the ventilation aspect is improved. The invention further provides an aircraft which is provided with the cabin door provided with the ventilation door structure.
