The invention discloses a connecting joint of a marine composite aisle and a steel frame and a connecting method of the connecting joint. The connecting joint of the marine composite material aisle and the steel frame comprises marine composite material aisle grids, pressing rivet nuts, the steel frame, fasteners and buckles, each buckle is provided with two buckling parts and a groove, the two buckling parts are arranged outside the two adjacent marine composite material aisle grids in a sleeving mode respectively, and the pressing rivet nuts are arranged on the two buckling parts. The grooves are provided with through holes allowing the fasteners to penetrate through, the steel frame is provided with pressing rivet nuts, and the fasteners penetrate through the grooves in the buckles and are screwed with the pressing rivet nuts, so that the two marine composite material aisle grids are fixedly connected with the steel frame. According to the connecting joint of the marine composite aisle and the steel frame, one-side disassembly and assembly of the fasteners are achieved, and compared with the prior art that bulwark structures need to be manually installed on the two sides, the safety and operability of installation can be greatly improved, the operation safety of installation personnel is guaranteed, and meanwhile later maintenance is easy.

    本发明公开了一种船用复合材料走道与钢框架的连接节点及其连接方法。本船用复合材料走道与钢框架的连接节点包括船用复合材料走道格栅、压铆螺母、钢制框架、紧固件以及卡扣,其中,卡扣设置有两扣合部和一凹槽,两扣合部分别套于相邻两船用复合材料走道格栅外部,凹槽上开设有用于供紧固件穿过的通孔,钢制框架上安装有压铆螺母,紧固件穿过卡扣上的凹槽且与压铆螺母拧紧从而将两船用复合材料走道格栅与钢制框架固定连接。本发明提出的船用复合材料走道与钢框架的连接节点,实现紧固件的单侧拆卸及安装,相对于现有技术中需要人工在两侧进行安装舷墙结构,可大大提高安装的安全性和可操作性,保证了安装人员的作业安全,同时后期维护简易。
