本发明公开了一种原地转向系统及工程机械,包括伸缩拉杆,伸缩拉杆两端各连接有一个转向摇臂,转向摇臂上连接有转向拉杆,转向拉杆端部连接有转向轮,还设有用于控制伸缩拉杆伸缩的控制元件;进行原地转向时,控制元件控制伸缩拉杆缩短,转向摇臂及转向拉杆带动转向轮转动,使转向轮的转向中心为同一点。本发明通过设置伸缩拉杆、转向拉杆、转向摇臂将两侧车轮连为一体,同步控制,提高车辆转向同步性及稳定性;原地转向状态下,伸缩拉杆缩短,进一步减小车辆转弯半径;采用换向阀、电磁阀自动化控制,增加转向灵活性;同时,车辆各轮胎绕同一转向中心转向,符合阿克曼转向,转向时能有效减少轮胎的滑移,减少烧胎现象同时增大转弯稳定性。
