The invention discloses a heavy-duty car middle-rear axle brake drum cooling system and a control method, and belongs to the field of car brake cooling, the heavy-duty car middle-rear axle brake drum cooling system comprises an energy supply mechanism, each brake drum of a middle-rear axle is provided with a refrigeration assembly, each refrigeration assembly comprises a vortex tube, a hot end air outlet of each vortex tube is provided with a hot end adjusting valve, and a radiator is integrally installed in each brake drum; an air inlet of the radiator is connected with a cold end air outlet of the vortex tube, flow meters and temperature and pressure sensors are arranged on a connecting pipeline of the air distribution mechanism and the vortex tube and a connecting pipeline of the vortex tube and the radiator, a temperature and pressure sensor is arranged on an exhaust pipeline of the hot end adjusting valve, and an infrared temperature sensor is arranged at each hub of a middle axle and a rear axle. The hot end adjusting valve, all the flow meters, the temperature and pressure sensor and the infrared temperature sensor are connected with the controller, instructions can be sent out according to temperature, pressure, flow and other signals collected by the sensors, and the refrigerating capacity of the vortex tube is automatically adjusted so as to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the brake drum under different working conditions.

    一种重型汽车中后桥制动鼓冷却系统及控制方法,属于车辆制动冷却领域,包括:供能机构,中后桥的每个制动鼓处分别设有一个制冷组件,制冷组件包括涡流管,涡流管的热端出气口处设有热端调节阀,散热器集成安装在制动鼓内,散热器的进气口与涡流管的冷端出气口连接,配气机构与涡流管的连接管路、涡流管与散热器的连接管路上均设有流量计和温度压力传感器,热端调节阀的排气管路上设有温度压力传感器,中后桥的每个轮毂处均设有红外温度传感器,热端调节阀、所有的流量计、温度压力传感器和红外温度传感器与控制器连接,能够根据传感器采集的温度、压力和流量等信号发出指令,自动调节涡流管制冷量以应对制动鼓不同工况下的散热需求。
