The invention discloses an anti-carsickness control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method is applied to a vehicle, driving video data corresponding to the front-row position of the vehicle at the current moment are obtained, and the driving video data comprise video data obtained from the view angle of the front-row position in the driving process of the vehicle; the driving video data is transmitted to intelligent glasses, the intelligent glasses are worn by passengers sitting in the rear row position, and the driving video data are used for being played by the intelligent glasses. The driving video data of the vehicle under the view angle of the front row position is played on the intelligent glasses worn by the passenger sitting in the rear row position, so that the passenger in the rear row can pre-judge the direction of the vehicle, the road condition in front and the like according to the video data, and the seen mirror image is kept consistent with the information acquired by the ear sensing organs in the passenger; therefore, the possibility of carsickness of the passengers in the bus is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种防晕车的控制方法、装置、车辆以及存储介质。该方法应用于车辆,通过获取在当前时刻车辆的前排位置对应的行驶视频数据,行驶视频数据包括车辆的行驶过程中在前排位置的视角下所获取的视频数据;将行驶视频数据传输至智能眼镜,智能眼镜被后排位置乘坐的乘客所佩戴,行驶视频数据用于被智能眼镜播放。通过在后排位置乘坐的乘客所佩戴的智能眼镜上播放前排位置视角下车辆的行驶视频数据,由此后排乘客可以根据视频数据对车辆的走向以及前方路况等做出预判,并且使看到的镜像与乘客内耳感觉器官获取的信息保持一致,从而降低乘客坐车时出现晕车的可能性。
