Calculating to obtain a differential pressure value between the input and output of the DCDC of the fuel cell stack; calculating the target net power of the system according to the related parameters of the load and the power battery; calculating the total power consumption of all the auxiliary parts according to the power consumption of all the auxiliary parts in the system; according to the total power consumption and the system target net power, calculating to obtain the total power consumption required to be output by the DCDC rear end, and combining the voltage difference value to obtain the consumed power value of the DCDC; calculating the total output power consumption of the fuel cell stack according to the consumed power value of the DCDC and the total power consumption required to be output by the rear end of the DCDC; calculation is performed based on the power sum of the consumption of the auxiliary part, the demand of the power battery and the load demand, so that the output power of the fuel cell stack and the stability of the auxiliary part are controlled.

    本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种燃料电池堆输出功率控制方法及系统。通过计算得到燃料电池堆的DCDC的输入与输出之间的压差数值;根据负载和动力电池的相关参数计算得到系统目标净功率;根据系统中所有辅助部件的功耗计算得到所有辅助部件的总功耗;并根据总功耗和系统目标净功率,计算得到DCDC后端需要输出的总功耗,再结合压差数值,获得DCDC自身的消耗功率数值;再根据DCDC自身的消耗功率数值和DCDC后端需要输出的总功耗,计算得到燃料电池堆的输出总功耗;即基于辅助部件的消耗、动力电池的需求以及负载需求的功率总和来进行计算,从而控制燃料电池堆的输出功率和辅助部件的稳定性。
