The invention provides a power control device. This power control device is provided with a power storage device, a rotating electrical machine, a power receiving device, and a control device. The rotating electric machine generates a traveling driving force of the vehicle. The power receiving device includes a power receiving unit and a power conversion unit. The power receiving unit is provided with a secondary-side coil that receives AC power transmitted in a non-contact manner from the power transmission device. The power conversion unit is provided with a plurality of switching elements (transistors) connected to the secondary-side coil, and converts the AC power received by the power receiving unit into DC power. The power storage device is connected to the power receiving device via the power conversion device. The control device executes a first compensation control for making the power balance at the input/output end of the power storage device zero, and a second compensation control for making the power received by the power receiving unit coincide with the power required for the travel driving force.
