The invention discloses a torque control method during over-excitation driving. The torque control method comprises the following steps: identifying an over-excitation driving behavior according to vehicle state information; when the excessive driving behavior is recognized, grading the excessive driving behavior to obtain an excessive driving grade of the excessive driving behavior; and correspondingly limiting the torque response speed of the vehicle according to the over-driving grade. According to the torque control method and system during over-driving and the storage medium provided by the invention, discomfort caused by rapid torque fluctuation during over-driving can be inhibited, and the riding comfort of passengers is improved.
