The invention discloses a motor fault intelligent early warning and analysis information system, and relates to the technical field of motor analysis. A prediction analysis module is started when judging that a vehicle runs on a highway, and generates a state coefficient for a motor after comprehensively calculating power consumption data and mechanical data; the running state of the motor is analyzed according to the comparison result of the state coefficient and the gradient early warning threshold value, when it is predicted that the vehicle motor supports the vehicle to continue running and slight abnormity exists, the current highest running speed of the vehicle is reduced, and the calculation result is sent to a driver; and if the calculated highest driving speed of the current vehicle is lower than the lowest speed limit of the expressway or the motor of the vehicle is predicted not to support the vehicle to continue driving, a second warning signal is sent to the driver to remind the driver to drive the vehicle to enter the emergency lane. According to the system, when the electric vehicle runs on the expressway, fault prediction and reasonable prompting can be carried out on the motor, and the safety of the electric vehicle is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动机故障智能预警及分析的信息系统,涉及电动机分析技术领域,预测分析模块在判断车辆位于高速公路行驶时启动,综合计算用电数据以及机械数据后为电动机生成状态系数,并依据状态系数与梯度预警阈值的对比结果分析电动机的运行状态,当预测车辆电动机支持车辆继续行驶,且存在轻微异常时,降低当前车辆的最高行驶速度,并将计算结果发送至驾驶员,若计算后当前车辆的最高行驶速度低于高速公路最低限速,或预测车辆电动机将不支持车辆继续行驶时,向驾驶员发出第二警示信号,提醒驾驶员需要驾驶车辆进入应急车道。该系统能够在电动汽车在高速公路行驶时,对电动机进行故障预测并进行合理提示,大大提高了电动汽车的安全性。
