The invention discloses a whole-vehicle cooling control system and method for a high-voltage lithium battery electric forklift, and the system comprises a scheme main body which is composed of a controller, a fan, a plurality of cooling water pumps, and temperature sensors which are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the positions of motors and motor controllers in motor electric control systems of the forklift, the fan is used for blowing air and dissipating heat for each motor electric control system of the electric forklift; a set of motor electric control system is independently provided with a cooling water pump, the cooling water pump drives cooling liquid to circulate to dissipate heat for the corresponding motor electric control system, and the control of the cooling water pump and the control of the fan are independent control. The electric energy consumption of the cooling system is reduced while the performance of the whole vehicle is met, differential cooling is carried out on the motors and the controllers, the fan and the cooling water pump are controlled according to needs, the purpose of precise heat dissipation is achieved, and the heat dissipation timeliness of the motors and the motor controllers is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种高压锂电电动叉车整车冷却控制系统及控制方法,由控制器、一个风扇、若干个冷却水泵,以及分别对应设置在叉车各电机电控系统中各电机与电机控制器处的温度传感器构成方案主体,由所述风扇为电动叉车的各电机电控系统吹风散热;而一套电机电控系统则独立配备一个冷却水泵,所述冷却水泵带动冷却液循环为对应的电机电控系统进行散热,前述冷却水泵的控制和风扇的控制为独立控制。本发明在满足整车性能的同时,减少冷却系统的电能消耗,通过对各个电机和控制器进行差异化冷却,实现对风扇和冷却水泵进行按需控制,达到精准散热的目的,保证对电机以及电机控制器的散热及时性。
