The invention provides a semi-active control method for a hydraulic integrated interconnected energy feedback suspension. The semi-active control method comprises the following steps: constructing an energy feedback circuit; acquiring vehicle driving information, and acquiring a vehicle body posture speed of the vehicle according to the vehicle driving information; when the vehicle body posture speed is larger than a set vehicle body posture speed threshold value and the state duration time is larger than a set time threshold value, a PID control method is adopted, the size of a variable resistor is adjusted according to the voltage drop of an energy feedback circuit so as to control the current size of the energy feedback circuit, and therefore damping of the semi-active interconnection energy feedback suspension is controlled, and the energy feedback circuit is controlled. The three-way acceleration of the vehicle is adjusted to be 0 according to the damping; when the vehicle body posture speed is smaller than a set vehicle body posture speed threshold value and the state duration time is larger than a set time threshold value, a fuzzy PID control method is adopted, control parameters of a PID controller are dynamically adjusted, then the PID control method is adopted, the quadratic sum of the three-way acceleration of the vehicle is adjusted to be smaller than a set acceleration quadratic sum threshold value, and the vehicle is made to run stably.

    本发明提供一种液压集成式互联馈能悬架半主动控制方法,包括以下步骤:构建馈能电路;获取车辆行驶信息,根据车辆行驶信息获得车辆的车身姿态速度;当车身姿态速度大于设定车身姿态速度阈值,且此状态持续时间大于设定时间阈值时,采用PID控制方法,根据馈能电路的压降调节可变电阻的大小,以控制馈能电路的电流大小,从而控制半主动互联馈能悬架的阻尼,根据阻尼调节车辆的三向加速度为0;当车身姿态速度小于设定车身姿态速度阈值,且此状态持续时间大于设定时间阈值时,采用模糊PID控制方法,动态调整PID控制器的控制参数,再采用PID控制方法,调节车辆的三向加速度的平方和小于设定的加速度平方和阈值,使车辆平稳运行。
