The heavy-duty pattern tire comprises a tire tread, a first tire crown is integrally formed in the center of the tire tread, a first anti-skid groove is formed in the surface of the first tire crown, tire shoulders are integrally formed on the two side faces of the tire tread, and second anti-skid grooves are formed in the surfaces of the tire shoulders; a second tire crown is integrally formed at the position, between the first tire crown and the tire shoulder, of the tire tread, the first anti-skid grooves are annularly distributed in the two sides of the first tire crown at equal intervals with the center of the first tire crown as the original point, and the second anti-skid grooves are annularly distributed in the side, close to the center of the first tire crown, of the tire shoulder at equal intervals with the center of the tire shoulder as the original point; the tire surface pattern design is simplified, meanwhile, enough friction force and road holding force are provided, the anti-skid performance of the tire tread is not affected, the simple tire pattern design has more uniform groove shape and depth, and due to the design, stones are more easily popped out of the grooves under the action of the friction force and are not easy to embed.

    本发明涉及一种重载花纹轮胎,包括轮胎胎面,轮胎胎面的中央位置一体成型有第一胎冠,第一胎冠的表面开设有第一防滑槽,轮胎胎面的两侧面均一体成型有胎肩,胎肩的表面开设有第二防滑槽,轮胎胎面且位于第一胎冠和胎肩之间的位置处一体成型有第二胎冠,第一防滑槽以第一胎冠的中心为原点呈环形等距离分布于第一胎冠的两侧,第二防滑槽以胎肩的中心为原点呈环形等距离分布于胎肩靠近第一胎冠中心的一侧;本发明在简化轮胎表面花纹设计的同时,提供足够的摩擦力和抓地力,也不影响轮胎胎面防滑的性能,简单的轮胎花纹设计具有更均匀的沟槽形状和深度,这种设计使得石子更容易在摩擦力的作用下从沟槽中弹出,而不易被嵌入。
