The high-conductivity pneumatic tire comprises a tread, a cap ply, a belted layer, a tire body, a tire side wall, a rim liner and a tire bead steel wire, and cord threads in the tire body and cord threads in the cap ply are fiber-metal nanoparticle composite cord threads. The fiber-metal nanoparticle composite cord thread comprises a fiber cord thread and metal nanoparticles attached to the fiber cord thread. According to the invention, the metal nanoparticles and the fiber cord thread are compounded to form the fiber-metal nanoparticle composite cord thread, and the fiber-metal nanoparticle composite cord thread is used in structures such as a tire body, a cap ply and the like of the tire, so that a conductive channel in the tire is covered more comprehensively, and the conductivity of the tire is improved; on the premise of not increasing the weight of the tire and not increasing the rolling resistance of the tire, a conductive channel in the tire can be opened, static electricity generated in the running process of a vehicle is released in time, and meanwhile the low rolling resistance performance is considered.

    本发明公开了一种高导电充气轮胎,属于车辆轮胎技术领域;所述高导电充气轮胎包括胎面、冠带层、带束层、胎体、胎侧、轮辋衬垫和胎圈钢丝,所述胎体中的帘线和冠带层中的帘线均为纤维‑金属纳米颗粒复合帘线,所述纤维‑金属纳米颗粒复合帘线包括纤维帘线和附着在纤维帘线上的金属纳米颗粒。本发明通过将金属纳米颗粒与纤维帘线进行复合形成纤维‑金属纳米颗粒复合帘线,并将纤维‑金属纳米颗粒复合帘线用于轮胎的胎体、冠带层等结构中,使轮胎中的导电通道覆盖更全面,提高轮胎的导电性能;本发明能够在不增加轮胎重量、不增加轮胎滚阻的前提下,打通轮胎内部导电通道,及时释放车辆行驶中产生的静电,同时兼顾低滚阻性能。
