The invention discloses an LLC resonant converter, a vehicle-mounted charger and a charging pile. The LLC resonant converter comprises a primary side conversion circuit, a secondary side conversion circuit, a resonant network and a transformer. The primary side conversion circuit is connected with a first winding of the transformer through the resonance network. The secondary side conversion circuit is connected with a second winding of the transformer. The output voltage range of the LLC resonant converter is larger than or equal to the minimum output voltage and smaller than or equal to the maximum output voltage; the turn ratio n of the first winding to the second winding is greater than or equal to a preset value, so that the minimum gain of the LLC resonant converter is greater than or equal to 1, the preset value is the ratio of the maximum input voltage to the minimum output voltage of the LLC resonant converter, and soft switching, power consumption reduction and electric energy conversion efficiency improvement can be realized in a full voltage range.
