The invention discloses an expressway differential variable speed limit control method and device based on deep reinforcement learning and a storage medium. The control method comprises the following steps: constructing a data acquisition module; constructing an intelligent agent training module; setting parameters of a TD3 algorithm, and establishing an input state, an action and a reward function; and training the intelligent body to obtain an optimal speed limit value, sending the optimal speed limit value to a variable speed limit plate in the variable speed limit road section, and meanwhile, sending the optimal speed limit value to each vehicle in the variable speed limit control road section through the vehicle-road cooperation module. Two-way communication can be achieved between the vehicle and the roadside unit, the roadside unit can formulate a reasonable speed limit value according to the state of the vehicle, the vehicle can obtain the speed limit value of the roadside unit in time, the speed is maintained below the published speed limit, and therefore the purpose of improving the passing efficiency is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于深度强化学习的高速公路差分可变限速控制方法、设备及存储介质,控制方法包括:构建数据采集模块;构建智能体训练模块;设置TD3算法的参数,建立输入状态、动作以及奖励函数;训练智能体以获取最优的限速值,将最优限速值发送到可变限速路段内的可变限速板上,同时通过车路协同模块发送给可变限速控制路段的每一车辆。本发明中车辆与路侧单元之间可以实现双向通信,路侧单元可以通过车辆状态制定合理的限速值,而车辆可以及时获取路侧单元的限速值,将速度维持在发布的速度限制之下,从而达到提升通行效率的目标。
